At Traveler Studios, we take great pride in the quality and uniqueness of our artwork. Each piece is carefully crafted, printed, and inspected before shipping. Because of the nature of original art and prints, our return policy is designed to balance customer satisfaction with the integrity of handmade work.
Returns & Exchanges
- Original Artwork & Prints: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. The artwork must be in its original condition and packaging.
- Custom/Commissioned Pieces: All custom artwork sales are final and non-refundable, please contact us in the event the artwork is damaged in transit.
- Digital Downloads: Due to the nature of digital files, no returns or refunds are available.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a replacement (if available) or issue a full refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or defective items.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you’d like to exchange for a different print, please contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate, subject to availability. {email address}
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
